What does the Copreno test measure?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE RESULTS OF MY SUBMITTED QUESTIONNAIRE?

You will immediately receive the report with the results in your mailbox after your candidate, client or employee has completed the questionnaire.

WHY DO I RECEIVE TWO EMAILS WITH THE REPORTS?

In one email you will receive the extensive report, supplemented with a number of questions specifically tailored to the profile, which you can use during the follow-up interview.

​ The other email is a more concise report, without those extra questions. You can hand over this report at the next meeting or email it to your candidate or client. You can also incorporate parts of this report into your own report.

How long is the report kept?

After 60 days, Copreno® deletes all data about your candidate or client. Read our privacy-policy here.

I have lost the email with the report. Can I receive it again?

You can download both reports for free from the user zone within 60 days.

I forgot my password

When logging in you can click “Forgot your password”. You will then receive a new password in your mailbox.

can I change my password?

You can change your password easily and quickly via “My account”.

Is my payment safe?

You pay safely with online payment or via transfer. You will receive the information for this during the order and via your invoice.

How does copreno handle the data of the candidates and the organization?

We work fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read our privacy policy here. After 60 days, all data, including the report, will be permanently deleted.

Can I personalize the report with my company logo?

Certainly. As soon as you register as an organization (free!), you can provide your questionnaire & reports with your own logo for FREE. You do this by logging in

My organization is not yet registered. How can I do that?

You can then buy credits for the number of tests you want to send out. Once your order has been placed, you can now send out your first test.

How can I add a user?

Would you prefer to add one or more additional users to your organization? That's possible. Those Users can then also send the questionnaire to candidates.

• Log in to your personal platform
• Go to USERS on the left side of your screen
• Add one or more users via the blue + button.

How can I add a candidate and invite them to take the test?

This is how you do it:

• Login to our platform.
• Add your candidate via the + Candidate button at the top right
• Enter the First Name, Last Name and email address
• Add with the green button
• You will be placed on your personal candidate list
• By clicking on the green arrow “Send the questionnaire” the test will be sent immediately.

Everything happened in 30 seconds!

Once your candidate has completed the questionnaire, you will automatically receive the screening report in your mailbox.

Do I first have to follow a training course or obtain accreditation before I can use the test for my company?

No, no training or accreditation is required. The test is structured in such a way that the report is easy to read by anyone who has experience in working with people, even for those who do not have an HR position. You can get started with it right away.

Is there a monthly recurring cost or subscription?

No, we have opted for a system of credits. You buy what you need. We do not charge any administrative or subscription costs. You only pay for what you actually use. Look at the prices.

How much does a test cost?

For a complete test administration including both reports, you need 1 credit. The more credits you buy, the cheaper it becomes.

How long are my credits valid?

Your credits remain valid indefinitely. As long as you have an account with Copreno, you can use these credits, even if you bought them a long time ago, and even if the prices have increased in the meantime. So feel free to buy a larger package. Here you can see our current pricing.

Will I receive an invoice for my accounting?

Naturally. After ordering you will receive an invoice for your accounting.

How can I order Copreno® credits?

How can you order credits? This is very easy with the steps below:
• Log in to the Copreno® platform here
• At the top right you will see the Green + button [Buy Credits]
• There you choose in the bar how many credits you want to buy
• Press the green [Buy Now] button
• Your order will be forwarded
Just refresh (F5) and your purchased credit(s) will be on your account and you can get started right away and send out your test! ​You will soon receive the invoice and payment request for your accounting in your mailbox.

​What happens if a candidate/client/coachee does not complete the test? Have I lost a credit?

If a test sent out by the candidate is not completed or is completed incompletely, and therefore no report is made, this credit will expire after 30 calendar days and will be automatically added back to your account. So you don't lose any credit.

Will I also receive the report with the results of my questionnaire?

This depends on who invited you. Some organizations will send this to you digitally. Other organizations prefer to hand it to you during an interview.

How much time do I need to complete this test?

On average, a candidate needs 37 minutes to complete the test.

After completing the test, you will receive a valuable report that you can use in your search for Professional Happiness. Request your report for free from the organization that invited you.

How do I start this test?

You will receive an email with a link to activate the test. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact the organization that asked you to complete this test. They can resend the link to you.

I've lost my report. Can I get a copy?

Your data including the report will be kept for 60 days. Contact the organization that asked you to complete the test for a copy. After those 60 days, all data will be permanently deleted and a copy will no longer be possible.
